Easy Returns within 60 Days

We gladly accept returns because it gives us an opportunity to improve our products and services based on your feedback. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we strive to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. We want to avoid any hint of dissatisfaction among our customers, so we encourage you to request a refund or exchange if needed.

Returning a Rashyam garment is as simple as placing an order. You can initiate a return you can email us at Support@rashyam.com or call us at +91 63593 91077 (between 10 am to 6pm Monday to saturday) to communicate your concerns.
We will schedule a convenient time for our shipping partner to pick up the original Rashyam garment.
Self-Ship Return Policy
In certain locations where reverse pickup is not available, customers will need to self-ship the return parcel to our address.
✅ Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
📝 Please keep the courier receipt handy, as we may ask for it to validate the shipping cost.
To maintain strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for certain product categories, including but not limited to boxers and perfumes. These items are non-returnable due to hygiene and personal care reasons. However, we will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product purchased from our store, please send an email to Support@rashyam.com from the email address used for placing the order.
Eligibility
Unused with tags & Unwashed and Unaltered
Once we receive return Shipment at our warehouse ,refund will be initiated within 2-3 days
1) If you have made online payment,your refund will be credited into your same account in 5 to 6 days once parcel return back to our warehouse.(reverse process)
2) If you have done cash on delivery: You need to provide us your bank details via whatsapp (6359391077),
We will refund your amount via UPI Or IMPS in 2 to 3 days once parcel return back to our warehouse.
3) You can also ask for refund in term of store credit, which you can use in future to buy other Rashyam products.
4) We always strive to offer the best return and replacement service to our customers. However, in certain cases where courier pickup is not available in your area, we kindly request you to ship the return parcel to our office yourself. We truly appreciate your support and honesty as a valued customer.
Note: If you return an incorrect product through reverse pickup, you may not be eligible for a refund or an exchange any circumstance.You must be proof of Reverse Packing video when delivery boy pack the product.
IMPORTANT:
The items need to be unused, tags intact and unaltered.
We kindly request you to record an unboxing video at the time of receiving your product. Please note that in the absence of an unboxing video, any claims regarding receiving the wrong product in a sealed package will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
For Custom Shirts=it is not sustainable for us to offer returns and exchanges for a custom shirt as it is already manufactured according to your specifications and can’t be sold to anyone else.
We offer 1-time complimentary Size exchange or Product exchange or Return and Refund for any of our orders after that Not Return possible any circumstance.
For Second time Exchange you have to pay eligible Return and pickup Charge its Around Rs 120 via Upi or bank transfer to us.
If you Exchange The Shirt then after delivery you ask For Return then this not applicable to return and refund.
For Bulk Order
For orders containing 5 or more shirts, replacements or returns will be accepted only via self-shipping to our warehouse address.

We will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹120 per shirt after successful verification. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be covered.
Important Notice
Please note that all calls are recorded for reference. If any abusive language or misbehavior is detected, the product will be considered non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, and your calls may be blocked from our end. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
CANCELLATIONS
We are not able to cancel orders once they are shipped.If so, the order can be cancelled only after receipt of delivery by the customer. For all accepted cancellations, we will refund your money as the processing of returns completed.
DAMAGES:
Please inform our customer care number,if any articles are delivered without tags. Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged

Note:- Upon receiving your order, it is mandatory to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video is required to raise any claim in case of missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Claims will not be accepted without a proper unboxing video.
