We don’t want our customers to get even slightly dissatisfied, hence we advise you to go ahead and ask for return/exchange by email us at support@rashyam.comor call / WhatsApp us at 63593 91077 and help us know your concern.
We will schedule a time with you and instruct our shipping partner to pick up the original Rashyam garment.
Make sure the garment is unused and in good state. You are required to return the main product ONLY.
EXCHANGE
Once return shipment is picked up from your premises, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse.
REFUND POLICY
REFUND POLICY
Once we receive return shipment, 100% refund will be initiated within 24 hours to your Bank Account or UPI ID.
1) If you made an online payment, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 days.
2)If you chose the cash on delivery option, please provide us with your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code. We will refund the amount via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.
3) Refunds are possible only after the parcel is dispatched, delivered, and the reverse pick-up is completed
